For the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • You purchased a free demo first, and you registered it.
  • The Goods were purchased in the last (7) seven days, excluding digital products.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or personalized.
  • Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after download or opening, and all purchases made on www.slminc.com are non-refundable or exchangeable.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Due to the nature of digital products being immediately accessible upon purchasing, no refunds of any fees or other amounts paid by Client in connection with the Product will be allowed under any circumstances.

Returning Goods

Digital products, once purchased and downloaded, are typically non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for a different product. This is due to the intangible nature of digital goods and the ease with which they can be duplicated.
